Most courteous, helpful staff that I have experienced. Not one snotty, snub nosed, disrespectful attitude. Jamie in Eligibility was very nice, Wendy the DVA rep was wonderful, the dental clinic is always exceptional and treated me as a person and not a number.
This Veterans hospital is the best system we have ever encountered including private systems. The staff, including pharmacy and cleaning, was the best we have ever seen. I have zero complaints and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. We have been with the system since the early 1980's. It is not the fastest system in the world, but, the results justify the time. Thank you to the top and bottom of this place.
Explain to me why I've been waiting an hour and half and counting for an appt that was scheduled a month and a half ago!!!!!
Pre op, Surgery, Mae, Richard, Ortho, Prostetics, Neurology, and ICCU are the best. I am so thankful for them and all they do. It's so refreshing to visit with these folks that have spent years making the OKC VA what it is today. Hopefully the younger Whistle britches won't come on board thinking they know it all and undermine 20 plus years of laying the foundations of their peers. This place sucks!!! Every time I go there they never have a answer for my ailment! Waste of time and money driving to this place! This is one of the places Trump needs to purge and go contracted!!! ����
Very well run, full of helpful people. The experience has always been positive.
Out of all the VA's I've been treated at, this one by far superseeds the quality of care...with a few exceptions....the long waits to be seen at the emergency room, and when you want to change primary care providers, they do take their sweet time about it....still, a lot better than anywhere else!
I take my husband to the VA for his appointments. I have no complaints on the hospital itself. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband is seen quickly for his appointments. My only complaint is if you have a morning appointment, show up VERY early!! I drove around for 35 mins trying to find a parking space. All parking lot areas where full.
