RecommendedI fully recommend this hospital to anyone. First my doctor/midwife Eve Blair was so amazing and helpful the whole nine months of her seeing me. She never made me feel stupid for asking questions or anything like that. She was patient and kind, so, so kind! And the nurse staff is just flawless to me! especially Chelsea and Mindy both those nurses were truly amazing and made me feel so comfortable there. RecommendedSuch an amazing staff, from the front desk, clear through pre and post op, and a quick response phone call answering all of my questions. Then to receive a get well card from everyone who assisted in my same day surgery was icing on the cake. I highly recommend them . Plus the cafeteria received raving reviews from my hubby
The staff is awesome but, when it comes to paying your bill, it's awful. Timpanogos Regional Hospital you should end your partnership with MyHealthONE. Their system feels like it was built by a hobbyist from craigslist. All I want to do is pay my bill but the system can never find my account even though I have all the required info. MyHealthOne has always been awful at allowing multiple bills under one account.
