I had my first child here, and it couldn't have went better. The nurses were great, so nice, happy, friendly and helpful.

My daughter has frequented Ogden regional a few times in the past month and their radiology department as well as lab personnel is amazing. They let her see x rays and explained all the parts she was seeing. The lab was sympathetic and kind to us, which helps our visits so much easier.

Getting pretty livid and disgusted with the way Ogden Regional handles their inpatients! This is the second time in 2 months my dad has been there and has been forgotten about, mis-scheduled, left starving all day for no reason, etc. He sat ALL DAY yesterday, NPO, just to get an ultrasound done. After 8 hours of harassing nurses and asking for updates the nurse comes in to say that radiology scheduled him for today by mistake. Then today he finally had the ultrasound at 8 a.m and not ONE freaking physician has been by to see... read more

I could not be more disappointed and infuriated with the ER department. My son was seen TWICE for severe neck pain from a fall, and both times I was treated like an overreacting mother and told he was fine and sent home. After taking him to Primary's I was told that my son IS NOT fine, they couldn't believe the doctors missed a proper diagnosis on his scan, and he could've been PARALYZED. Went to the ER here and was told by the dr that this was an emergency room and what I was there for was not an Emergency. That was he only sentence he said to me. I was humiliated and I left. But I received a bill from this Dr. When I called to let them know I would not be paying it they sent me a financial aid form. I am not paying the bill because the Dr. did absolutely nothing for me not because I can't afford the bill. No bedside manner !

I love the people working here. Super duper nice! They might be understaffed at which made nurses took a little longer to help, but when they get to your room, they were super helpful and nice and willing to answer all questions (smart or dumb).

My father has been in for 2 days with chest pain... No urgency to find out what happened. After 2 days still no results to tests... My dad only had two meals, spent several hours without being checked on, department was a ghost town, no communication with nurses at shift change or with parients, uncaring, no compassion, incompetent, very rude, worst experience I've ever had with a Hospital. My son went in for an emergency appendectomy. We had incredibly professional and timely care. Every employee was extremely thoughtful and quick. This was the best care we have ever had at any hospital, ever!! Well done Ogden Regional.
