Dr. Forestall and staff at Northern Utah Cardiovascular Associates are all great too. Danielle, Elaine, Eric, Xavier, Chantelle, device clinician and front office. I especially appreciate the refund payment I got right before Christmas the billing dept. promised if I over paid the pre-payment before heart ablation. Thank you!
