I went in because I felt like I didn't want to live anymore. They left me alone in a prison type room with a camera and waited for several hours until I talked to a social worker on a robot. They did not offer any help and I never saw a physician. Yet they are still charging me over $1000 for this worthless visit.
Their billing is terrible! I get surprise bills 4-5 months later & they need "coding" lessons. They have a 3rd party billing & couple that with medicare & a supplement...it has been a total nightmare!

RecommendedMy daughter spent a few days here, and every single person we encountered in her care were phenomenal. Dr. Monroe and all of the nurses (Annie, Kathrina, Courtney, Teri Lynn, Jean, Lacey, Sheriece, Karly, and Jackie) were so caring, kind, and competent. They kept us informed of what was going to happen, what they were looking for, and made sure that my daughter's recovery was well underway before they felt comfortable sending her home. RecommendedOgden Regional Medical Center is by far the best hospital in the Ogden area. My primary care physician is kind, attentive, and thorough. There is no rushing through appointments, and I like the fact that everyone I've encountered there has been friendly. That is so refreshing! The ER is also stellar. So glad I have insurance that allows me to avoid Intermountain. Thanks, Ogden Regional for being so great! Please keep it up!
