RecommendedThe environment is very comfortable and the staff are quite empathetic as well as trained to take great care of you.
RecommendedBCCH has the BEST L&D dept! I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with each birth. Becky and all your RN’s worked hard to make sure my high risk pregnancy resulted in a happy ending. Dr.Bailey and Dr. Gardner were just as wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
NICU was awful. My Labor and Delivery nurses were amazing but super disappointed in the NICU. MOST of the nurses were terrible some were awesome. They don’t give new moms that are scared any sort of hope or comfort. When asked about going home times was given short answers. Would not recommend this NICU. To be in the NICU I feel you need positive personalities not nurses that just are staring at the clock all day. This is a trying time for any mom some emotional support would be appreciated
The nurses are amazing here but i have had nothing but issues with billing. instead of discussing billing issues with you they just send you to collections and then it becomes impossible to get things fixed. I have never been so frustrated. I refused to pay a bill sent to collections because my daughter had full coverage and we had met our deductible. they assured me they had billed my insurance but they had not. now they have sent me to court.
