Our extension, had we used traditional building methods, would have taken the best part of a year. OffPOD, with their brilliant 2 meter screw foundations and steel frames finished the job in a matter of weeks. Their hard-working, helpful and friendly team made the project surprisingly stress free. When the inevitable hitches occurred, remedies were found with speed and efficiency. Bravo. We are very happy with the result.

From the very first contact, OFFPod was incredibly helpful and supportive. They understood the importance of aligning the project with Mum's house sale, ensuring a smooth transition into her new home. Even when Mum's house sold quicker than anticipated, throwing off the initial build timeline, OFFPod exceeded expectations. Absolutely delighted with my extension. I knew I didn’t want a traditional build that might take months on end, so when I found OffPOD did a steel frame modular house extension I was really keen to get a quote from them. From the first call with the office, meeting Chris and Tom they have always been lovely and helpful to deal with.
