My RADO watch (RADO is part of the Swatch Group) has been faulty ever since I bought it (not from Offord). It has been back to the manufacturer many times and no repair has lasted more than about two months. To attempt to get a refund, I needed a report from an independent jeweller, and Philip Offord was very happy to assist. His watchmaker tested the watch found it is indeed faulty and Mr Offord wrote a helpful report to pass onto my credit card company. I took in a ring to sell. It could have only been a minute and the lady came back and said they wouldn’t buy it. No explanation why. Awful place. Made to feel extremely uncomfortable. Still not sure why this place is still in business.
