Very dissappointed. Only received half my order. Cut in one paid of boxer shorts. Never had a problem before and ordered loads of stuff. Sent 8 emails now and still not sorted. Becoming a joke...
I wouldn't waste my time working here. Was sent to do a picking job. Despite having my scanner taking off is well before I finished, I was stood down my pick rate was low.
Emailed support seconds after placing my order, they did not respond until after it was shipped and it was too late.
Slow to reply and now too late
I order from Oddballs regularly. Boxers, pyjamas, socks , towels, all items are of good quality and wash well. I luv the free product offer if you spend over £40, I have received an umbrella, bobble hat, coffee mug, and slippers with this offer, a great idea. I had to contact their Customer Services as I had made an error on two of my orders, this was dealt with speedily and my orders corrected accordingly, great service. :) :)
