I was very nervous to book in for scalp micropigmentation, I had a bald patch on my crown, which was embarrassing me. Darren put me at ease immediately he is very professional and discussed the treatments thoroughly beforehand. The treatments felt like a bristle brush gently touching my head. It wasn't painful at all. it was actually a nice therapeutic sensation. I can't thank Darren enough for fixing my bald patch and giving me the confidence to go out again without feeling embarrassed.

I spoke with Darren on the phone and he immediately gave me belief in the treatment. I sent photos and he confirmed he could really help. He is easy to talk to and with and is flexible with times, working on potentially any day and time and has premises in Norfolk and Suffolk which gives even more flexibility within the area. Darren fully understands the bigger picture and so will fit the treatment to the individual clients needs based on style, age and suitability. I would highly recommend Darren, he explained every step of the smp process from the beginning to the end, answered all my questions, he gave that extra care to detail making sure it was right for me as I wanted my results to be completely natural , The final results are amazing , cheers bud
