Although I never made any purchase, I must say that the shop was beautifully presented. And the shop assistant was incredibly helpful with making a possible future decision on a watch. It would’ve been nice perhaps had there been more of a selection or watches inside the shop But at least they had a nice selection of Seiko.

My fionsay had an allergic reaction and had to have her engagement ring cut off. They then repaired it in less than a week for a very reasonable price.

Last year, during a visit to Wimborne from London, I brought my watch to this jeweller for a battery replacement. The shop charged me £20 for the service. Unfortunately, later that day, I noticed the hands of the watch were misaligned, and by the following day, the "new" battery had already died. I had to take the watch to a jeweller in London to fix the misaligned hands and replace the battery properly. The new battery is still working perfectly. Based on this experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend this shop.
