Good price and excellent quality
A very good service. Quick turnaround to resize a ring. Recommend!
The team were incredibly kind when we needed my Dad's watch strap making smaller. Because of his Alzheimer's, my Dad didn't understand why his watch was being taken away. So the team at Ockenden & Hemming made the adjustment immediately - and they didn't charge. I couldn't tell them at the time, how much that small act of kindness meant to me - it was too emotional. But I've thought of them often. Thank you SO much!
Although I never made any purchase, I must say that the shop was beautifully presented. And the shop assistant was incredibly helpful with making a possible future decision on a watch. It would’ve been nice perhaps had there been more of a selection or watches inside the shop But at least they had a nice selection of Seiko.
