RecommendedThe people in the ICU was really nice and didnt have any problems with the staff. They treated me nice. If anything ever happens to me again I want to go back to ochsner medical center on Jefferson again. Also the staff on the 9th floor was nice

My brother had a massive stroke and has been in this hospital for a month. I have spent the majority of my time with him around the clock. There seems to be a culture of laziness here for techs, nurses and charge nurses. The icu charge nurses were very helpful and understanding the two times I complained on a nurse. I limited my complaints after the first two times as I would have had to complain on at least 50% of the nurses in Neuro ICU and closer to 90% of the nurses in the step down unit.
