22 Minutes response ! & only after I had to go locate a nurse bc 2 were sound asleep on Duty at the desk ! Is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I can ONLY Imagine what happens to patients if they don’t have someone staying with them to make sure they are Cared for !! This is a constant battle ! RecommendedI am currently inpatient right now after having surgery. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hospital. Everybody from registration, pre op, post op, OR and floor nurses have been amazing. The care I’ve received here is far surpassing the care I received in my home town in Mississippi.

I've been in and out of hospitals all my life and Ochsner is the best of them all. I have never received such compassionate care from a group of medical professionals. God bless you all.
So very disappointed. Mother in law has been in the hospital for 10 days. We know she will be headed to rehab but nothing has been discussed as far as the timing of this move. Today, we received a call from the Nursing/Rehab facility to sign papers for her. Nothing was communicated to us from our care staff at Main campus about her move. Last info we got was a call from her hospitalist and gastro consult doctor last night and this morning, nothing about a discharge, they were still treating issues that she had.
