I liked it but too slow of SERVICE. And not enough rolls coming out
Sept 7, 2016 I have ate at O'CHARLEYS for years and always loved it. When my sisters and I went out for girls night I voted for O'CHARLEYS. Tonight we had a different experience. It was truly terrible!!! The food was great but the service was AWFUL!! It was freezing cold and when we asked could something be done the waitress said sure it's been a problem all day.....but nothing was done. UNLESS D'EON IS BAR-TENDING, ITS AN OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!! D'eon should be managing or even owning the place by now! All other bar tenders are inexperienced or at least that's the worksmanship they display when he's not there. I love o'charleys but without a knowledgeable bartender there's really no use in waisting my time stopping by!
The waiter was excellent and the food was delicious
Had so many different people waiting on us we did not know who our waiter was!!! I had to ask for more tea and rolls!! I got soup and did not have a spoon!!
