We have been here a few times and we have never had a bad experience. The Carolina Chicken is awesome and we have always had great service
I want eat there again
If I could give it a zero I would... I will never eat at O'charleys again we get there and get our drinks and salad fast but then wait over an hour for our food so they offered us free dessert but after waiting forever for our waitress to come back we decided to leave and had to ask another waitress for our ticket ... Will never be back again!!!
I've been there quite a few times and have never been impressed by the food. The steaks are never cooked the way we order them, we always get the appetizers the same time as our main course, and the service has been just ok. I ordered some potato skins as an appetizer before, and my first bite into one there was a long hair cooked in. This caused me to choke because when I went to swallow the food was stuck to the hair and got caught in my throat.
Worst service ever on Mothers Day, ordered the special which was Prime Rib and an appetizer, appetizer was 40 minutes and was cold when it finally arrived after having to ask them several times why the delay. Was just about to leave when the prime rib came, cold also so it had been sitting on the plate for a while. Had several waiters, managers come by very apologetic but couldn't explain the delay. Absolutely awesome. My fiancé and I sat down for dinner....literally had 4 different servers/employees walk by and no one said anything. Finally the host asked what we wanted to drink, he came back just threw our drinks down and walked away. No words were spoken. Another 5 minutes or so went by with NO service. We walked out...the host didn't even say anything....
I thought I never would, but had to send food back. The catfish was not done and the mushroom gravy covered my well done meal perfectly. Usually very happy with food & service, but not this time.
After speaking with a manager by phone, my family and I went back for dinner a couple of days later. The food was wonderful, served hot and plentiful. The server was excellent and very professional. I will go back.
