I had a wonderful experience dining in today. My waitress Amber was fabulous. I couldn't have asked for better. The staff was so kind and seem to work together good. OC is family based and I can see that.
Service was horrible. We waited about 25 min before someone showed up to get drink order even though there was waiters and waitress standing around doing nothing. We didn't get rolls we asked for at all and it took over 30 mins for them to get all our food to our table. The first food brought out was cold before we got rest of our order.
Tonight's service is horrible! Couldn't get rolls and having trouble finding the waiter to get our check. Ugh. I'm ready to go!
