It sucked! We had to be moved twice before even getting to eat Because my 6 month old couldn't be in a booster seat where we were sitted at. They expected us to hold him i guess... On top of that, We were there 45 minutes before getting our food, then when we did get our food they brought us sweet potatoes after we asked for white potatoes and the hostess waited on us more than our waitress did..
I love O'charley's!!! My favorite restaurant!!!! Bryan was our waiter and he was the BEST!!!!!!
The food was good but the server sucked had to ask another server to get us menus then he brought one drink at a time with a 10-15 min gap
The only thing that kept us there was DEON, his customer service is top natch. He should be a team leader and teach the servers up in the top room Sunday 12-11-16 for lunch some customer service. One server yelled from our table to the other server "is this your table". Really instead of yelling maybe she should have just got our drink order and found out who or server was. She had 1 tables and the other server had 2 large parties. Her attitude was nasty and didn't seem to want to help out in any way. Deon was WONDERFUL!!!!!... read more
