The prime rib was delicious and the service was fine
My catfish was full of grease and it took a long time to even get drinks. The server brought a receipt with the drinks on it, however no drinks!
Told the waitress my whole table needed silverware.. she walked away 5 min later she wasn't back.. looked over to where she was and she was drinking her soda and looking at her phone.. I had to tell a different waitress that walked by.. the food wasn't that great either... use to be a good place to go idk what happened..
Lots of choices on their menu,the only problem was they ran out of salmon that day.Had to pick another order.I then tried filet mignon.It was divine,meat was so juicy and tender, it melts in your mouth.Price was reasonable,service was good.Food was excellent.The only downside,was the long wait on a Sunday afternoon.
O'Charley's had been going in the right direction during our last several visits. Tonight was not quite as good as it had been. The food quality was lacking. A couple of our orders were incorrect. The problems were fixed fairly quickly, though. It was an "off" night this time.
We went for lunch. Ordered pecan chicken salad and blt respectively. Our food took FOREVER to come out. A couple that came in after us ordered soup and salads and was half finished with their meals by the time we got ours. We had to request silverware as well.
