I scheduled a time to see a vehicle and I arrived about 20 minutes early and the owner of the small dealership said,”I told you 1:30 I go!” He left, and his assistant who was nice tried to sale the vehicle I came to look out $1000.00 more then what was priced on the site. There is big language barrier, be ready to try to cummunicate with this dealer.
Went to check out a blue Prius they just got the other day. The $6k price got me in to take a look. Pictures on the site looked better than the actual car. Headlight glass looked yellow and faded. Faded paint areas throughout the exterior. Car was rather dirty inside. They replied ‘we just got it’. Guess posting it online first was more important than detailing the car first. Got no response from email, decided to stop by anyway. Seen the car I inquired about out front, and to my shock it was getting body work done on passenger side door. There was no mention of an accident. I asked the lady and in her broken English she said "we just clean it" ... un bondo and sanding isn't cleaning.. I then checked a Toyota and asked to see it , she turned it on then turned off and locked the door, I asked can I see it. She hands me the key I turn it on and see a maintenance required light on... I was done...

Terrible. He would not move cars to get the PTC so we could test drive. Kept asking if we were going to buy today. How would I know until I drove it? Also, made another person wait because it was his second time there.?! So if you visit twice he'll move cars. I gave him a 3 hour warning. I live 40 miles away. Do not recommend doing business with this strong arm dealership.
This dealer never answer back and when i called he couldn't make it clear if the car was there or not..
He kept asking about $ and buy today but wouldn’t let us drive it. So we left. Waste of time
