They brought a different car. They argued when my son said the VIN number was different. Please take these comments under advisement.
When I initailly called the number listed on car gurus, a person answered but didn't identify as a dealership. He was very vague about how I could view the car. Eventually he asked us to meet him in a parking lot in a different city, not at the dealership location listed. When we arrived at the location, a couple met us but wouldn't let us test drive the vehicle. They said if we buy it, then we could drive it. They seemed very rushed and impatient. Please do not buy from here. We looked at another Jeep from their inventory. Their original online post did not include a frame damage report on that vehicle. Once we arrived to look and sign the contract it was then they disclosed the damage report. They also did not understand the âÂÂcontract cancellationâ as per CA law. They tried to charge us the restocking fee upfront in cash. Once I pointed this out, they claimed they were late for another buyer grabbed all the documents and then left.

Dealer responded. I chose another vehicle, but that had nothing to do with the dealer
Called asked him a few questions couldn't understand his response . Read all the bad reviews made me nervous about going there sorry to the seller, because of his bad reviews taking car off my list I have cash ready to buy
I tried 4 different days to see a car and was told he was always someplace else and unable to show me the car. After a week of trying to see it i drove to the address on the site which was 65 miles from my house and couldn’t seem to find a car lot of any kind. When i called him i was told it had sold so i asked if i could see any other cars he had but again he wasn’t available to show me any cars and couldn’t even tell me WHERE the cars actually were located.
The seller of the car said he “didn’t have time” when I asked to take the car to a mechanic to have it inspected. That’s a major red flag. Also, he couldn’t provide a Carfax or vehicle history report. Second major red flag. Lastly, he pulled out papers for sale of the car and said “I have the papers right here” without me asking for them. He just wants to sell the car even though it’s very likely garbage.
I got a good deal for a good van from them. Read a lot of bad reviews that I feel are partly due to a language barrier. The owner was a straightforward type of guy much like myself, so I could respect and understand his way of doing business. The most important aspect is that I got a quality car at a good price.
