How can I star?? The Asian older gentleman was so rude and no customer service ethics what so ever?? I asked, If I could see the car or star the engine and he said “ only if you going to buy it cash”. Then, he said “ you have money now” I said, I could pay with Debit car then, he said “ NO DEAL” screaming at me???

This car dealer is the most unfriendly and stupid operator I've ever encountered. He demanded to be paid full price and taxes BEFORE he shows the car... saying that nothing is negotiable and that he is too busy to show the car. Yet, next day he dropped the price by $601... I would have paid him more. I don't know how he manages to stay in business. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Wrost customer service ever. The car i was looking for was not even on the lot. All his car accident are damages like they been in a accident.

Excellent experience while understanding this is a competitive business. Like most, cash is preferable but you can finance as well.

The car didnt look like it did in the pictures. Dealer owner does not know how to conversate let alone let the customer speak or ask questions. Hes very stubborn and he got angry because i was checking out the car to see if it was in good condition. He legit told me, “im selling you a USED CAR, not a NEW CAR,” but who buys a used car without checking it first? He didnt even hand me the keys to turn on the car myself. Very rude. No eye contact, disorderly, yells at his co workers and wife? I leaned a seat over to look around . He yells at me saying I’m not to touch his vehicle. Only he touches it. He inferred I was breaking it by pulling the seat leaver?! I asked for the car fax for it and he hands me the fax for another vehicle. He advertised leather seats when there was cloth with vinyl or leather edges only. I get it that he is an immigrant, but his absolutely abusive way of dealing with coworkers and customers it is astounding he can ... read more
