very unprofessional. called about a car they said was fine. check the same car a few days later, there was a significant price drop and an accident reported. Shady, Buyers Beware
Zero stars. Appalling. Rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. He wouldn’t even allow a test drive unless you have CASH for the car (which they state nowhere). I’m not bringing cash if I haven’t even seen the inside - and when I did, it was a mess, much like the inside of their store. I read all good and bad reviews about this dealer before I contacted them, and finally, I brought the Jeep Patriot Latitude from this dealer with a very great deal last week. The price was just what I've seen on the website (before tax and gov fees, of course). No other extra cost like "dealer fee" as some dealers. Test driving, paperwork, no negotiation. Horrible car the people service! I arrive and have to wait 45 mins for owner to come to get dealer. Then once he gets therehe starts giving me an attitude and start putting up the price for the car and then gets mad once I start questioning him and tells me to leave in not come back.

Extremely rude and not very willing to talk.There appeared to be a language barrier because I could barely understand the gentleman. I asked about financing and credit and he responded very rudely ( no good credit no financing" and he hung up.
They replied quickly.
The dealer and his wife can hardly speak English. The car I was interested in was sold just as we got there. But they had another Mini Cooper that I looked at and was interested in. The dealer’s wife just kept telling me engine good, brake good. I took a short test drive and it seemed ok. So I bought it. The next day I drove it the engine light went on and it started smoking big time out the exhaust pipe. So now the car just sits parked until I can take it in to spend more money on trying to fix it.
