Cooking stuff was non existent. Musty smell from moisture in rug and kids out of control and no parents or security stopping them even after Labor Day. Don't know what is missing since there is no list and the stuff there is old. Only got 2 towels and 1 wash rag which was corrected the next day. I am a disabled vet and there is no disabled access to the beach so don't come here. Disabled access is in the public parking area next door, but not at the condos. Bed mattress is soft and old and with my bad back, uncomfortable.

Place was dirty, bathrooms, microwave, floors. Staff was not friendly. Will not stay here again neither recommend this place.

We have stayed at Ocean Park resort and it was the worst experience ever. Elevators are horrible. Our room didn't get cleaned or had towels. We had to call 3 times for someone to come next day which they did but didn't do anything so we had to go get our own towels again. Sweep sand from the floor. People next to us got room key to the room that waz already occupied. It was just horrible experience and we will never come back to this hotel. What makes me wonder if it is really just this hotel or the entire company who manage... read more

The elevators are filthy… There was even a toilet cleaning brush left in one. On top of that we had cockroaches in our room. They call them Palmetto bugs to try to dress it up, but I don't care, they're cockroaches. Will not stay here again for this price.

Right time we checked in there were roaches crawling all over the wall. Told the front desk o wanted a refund and they said I had to wait til today them got changed to tomorrow after staying on the phone with cooperate for over an hour I was finally able to get my money refunded. And will never stay with them again!

CAMELOT BY THE SEA....Myrtle Beach......NEVER book though 3rd parties, ect, Groupon....I booked though Grupon, called to confirm my reservation 3 days prior, OH YES, if you have a reservation, we have a room......fly down, go to check in.YOUR ROOM WAS CANCELLED.... call Groupon, no it is good, go back to desk, we called all 3rd parties 3 days ago to cancel, BUT, for DOUBLE the price of my Groupon, they can give me a room, ......very unhappy.......well the answer from Camelot....."well that room is damaged, it is unavailable"... read more
