I used to love this place but this year it has really gone down starting with the bathrooms on the first floor...they smell like urine and tbe floors are greasy! The seaview is understaffed. We waited gorever for lunch amf then longer still for our check. But the most annoying thing. We were enjoying ourselves on the lounge chairs on tbe brach when the staff came amd took the chairs away from everyone at 4pm. They said it was hotel policy ..i called the hotel guest relations amd they said it was the beach supervisor s decisi... read more
Nice, very nice... Very upscale for Jersey but makes me feel at home in Miami.
We have been coming to Ocean Place for three years now, and my girlfriend and I love it here! This visit in particular, KATIE at the front desk really helped to start our vacation off right! She really is a rising star in this company! We love the staff here, everyone is professional and courteous! The beach amenities are awesome! We continue to come back multiple times each summer!! Always an A+!!!
Staffing is terrible, uninformed, not trained, customer service was not good if not out right rude from one bartender in particular outside at the tiki bar. Food passable. Overly priced for such a poor experience. Money is not an issue when given great service or product. However the Reggae band was a lot of fun.
...Personalize service is incredible; they will go out of their way to please you! No doubt will return for much more fun...
The only resort between New York and Atlantic City beautiful place to Visit with your family
I had a wonderful winter weekend stay and found the staff very kind and lovely. Enjoyed the food and the views. Definitely will be coming back!
