Love this resort, their staff is amazing! We had our wedding here and wouldn't change a thing. Only a short drive away and you feel like you are away in a tropical location far far away. The food, the spa, the drinks, the pools.....aaahh we love it and can't wait to return again & again.

I was here last year it wasn't the best but they did major renovation; the service is great and my room is beautiful with a view of the Ocean. I am loving it.
It's a shame watching a business self destruct. The staff here forced out a member of a wedding party because one of their guests did not tip the rude bartenders enough. Then- he got in trouble for asking why they took his money and never brought the champagne he paid for. 8 security guards forced him out. All he wanted was his money back...
Second year vacationing at this hotel. Last year I wan't happy at all with the rooms, smelly, and dirty...BUT this year they did major renovation and it was clean and beautiful. The staff are so friendly. We will absolutely return next year hopefully with our dog since the place is pet friendly. I hope the 2nd floor will be clean and new also like the rest of the hotel.
Most unorganized and unprofessional wedding I've ever seen!
The view is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool leaves much to be desired. We spoke a staff member about the dirty pool and after an hour of waiting for something to be done we left and went to dinner. The majority of the staff is polite and pleasant but one of the manager left a particularly bad taste in my mouth so I contacted the hotel. We attending the Phillips Buying Show and it was amazing. The view from the room was breathtaking. The food was delicious beyond belief! EVERYONE at the Resort was so friendly and helpful! The only bad thing about this place was leaving!!! Can't wait to return!
I have a special place in my heart for this hotel.
