This place sucks. Rooms old and tacky furniture Beds have seen much better days. Wifi does not work. This is after changing rooms 3 times. Staff ok. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else especially at these dollars.
.My Wife and I were here July 11-13. We will be returning again and again. The Band Up Side was great I wished they could have played Longer.10;00pm on a Sat night is a little early. They did have other music but live Music is better Especially that Band. The Tiki bar closed at 1:00 am The ONE Server VIKTOR was the Best. We stayed sat/sun this wknd was not the best weather but a great room and staff made up for that! Patricia at check in was awesome super informative and friendly! The price was good too had a nice room with costal view on 6th floor. I would not do the breakfast buffet again was way overpriced for what you get but the Mother's Day buffet looked awesome wish we would have reserved that In time. I hope to go back again when weather is nicer!
We had a company event at this hotel Monday and Tuesday (4th and 5th May). There were about 90 of us from BASF Corp. I stayed in rm #321 on Monday and when I checked out I forgot two small bags for my toiletries. Contacted the hotel several times and they were not very convincing in their answers. They apparently didn't find anything in the room, which is very surprising. So, for sure someone has got hold of those bags and didn't return. Great place to vacationing on Summer, I really like it, I was last week,
I had my wedding at ocean place and it was nothing but amazing! The staff was very accommodating and gave me the experience of a lifetime! Their events planner Stephanie is one of a kind!
Stayed valentines weekend. Was such a great getaway. The staff is awesome. Kevin N...very nice and very professional! Will be returning in the fall. Food is fabulous! Love the ocean place.
Very Disappointed! Staff was unorganized. We were told to use a door that was closed off for construction - during at no storm. We were ignored at bar for food service. Buffet breakfast was open at 7am. While we were eating at 9 they were setting up omelet station. The only good points were the rooms were nice & clean and beds were comfortable. Too bad, this place has potential.
