I loved everything about it. I have stayed there before in the summer. This is the first time in the winter so I couldn't wait to use the indoor pool and it was cold. I was a little disappointed. The staff was excellent and hotel was very clean would definitely stay again.
Not a warm and inviting atmosphere inside...but a great location. Attended a New Year's Eve celebration and there was no choice of food. Chicken...like it or not.
Recently stayed at Ocean Place, I travel to the area for business regularly and thought I'd try something different and be on the beach. While the hotel is somewhat dated I can see they updated rooms and some other areas. Since it's December it's offseason and understandable slow, with the pools and bars closed. However the hotel still charged a resort fee of $20 per night, when I inquired they can't waive it, claiming it's for the Wifi and fitness center. Loved it all. Clean, friendly, and love the atmosphere. The staff was so wonderful.
I'm sure I would give it a 5 but I experienced my stay in the dead of winter. I'd like to revisit in the summer to have the entire resort experience. My stay was great though.
Shit, fire alarms going off at 8pm and then 4am no one saying sorry as it was all false alarms and customer service at front desk was the worst I have seen. Never going back

Friendly service everyone was helpful. Curb appeal was remarkable. Appearance was great. I enjoyed myself.
I was there for the Jackson prom when my friends but there has been a problem because you guys are sending me to The events page I would not like to be going to these events
