I enjoyed the view from the roof with the Fire Marshal. Maybe next time it will be for pleasure.
This place has spectacular views; top notch service; gourmet food beautifully presented by the head chef; a charming dining room host and manager, Kelley...and a charming, helpful and hardworking housekeeping staff--including Miriam, Kiara and Shanika. With the balcony door ajar I can hear the surf and smell the sea breeze when I am not enjoying the view. I'll be back as often as I can afford the time and fare if this crew is still running the show!

What a great place to celebrate any occasion! The service at the Spa was excellent and made for quiet a relaxing afternoon :)
The decor is beautiful, light and airy from the minute you walk in. Staff is extremely kind and courteous. Guests rooms are the same light decor, beds and pillows were great! Food and drinks were good. Live band at night was excellent as well, with a lot of people dancing. Daytime trio for Sunday Brunch was so very nice as well! All this and the beach view with all windows across the building. Tiki bar was open and just gives just a great feel that you are at a resort for sure. If I could give it a ZERO I would. Stayed there this past weekend. Yes it was NJ Marathon weekend, however, there is no excuse why the service and attitudes were so bad. This is a year around resort, not seasonal, large events are held in Long Branch on a regular basis. Front desk personal were rude, bartenders were rude, slow and didn't care, house keeping left us with no towels, dirty glasses stayed in the room for two days, safe didn't work and upon check out I wasn't permitted to use a luggage cart. We were there with friends for dinner. They didn't have items on their menu available. The veggie wrap was almost empty. Waited forever for the food to be served. A medium burger was MORE than well done. Beer ordered was not was served. We were told but by the waiter it was their error when they tapped the keg. You would think that they would have brought another beer on the house. Would not go back to eat there again. The hotel from what we saw was very nice.
