The positives: nice atmosphere, friendly staff in all areas, great ocean front view, free wifi. The negatives: our room was not cleaned upon check in. They apologized and waived the resort fee. The worst was the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate from the 7th floor at midnight with a toddler. Any relaxation gone. The pool was not heated enough at all. It was rather freezing. I had the most amazing prenatal massage yesterday from Christine! Everyone and everything from start to finish was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend the spa here and will definitely be back! Thanks Christine and team!
Had the pleasure if staying here this past weekend for a convention. Everything was amazing. From the convention hall to the room. And all the staff were so friendly. Next time I'm in Long Branch, I will definitely be returning.
This past Sunday we had a surprise Birthday party for my daughter. The hotel staff and food manager Jose couldn't do enough for us. Everyone at our get together was very impressed and many said they would love to do an event here. Well worth looking into for your future celebration. We stayed at the hotel the night before and I would highly recommend. From the time we checked in till we checked out We couldn't have asked for anything more cudo's to the staff and management
This was my second time at the resort. Thankful the renovation is finished! The resort is beautiful. The staff was helpful and cooperative. The food catered for my group was delicious. Their pastry chef was awesome. The best sweets I ever had at a hotel. The room was just right too. Big and comfortable king bed. Loved the view! Can't wait to go back next year.
