Thursday Happy Hour is my favorite time to head over to the lobby bar. Always a libation offered for tasting, and free noshing buffet. Wait staff & bartenders are wonderful. The manager, James, is a great guy?
Housekeeping did not come. I saw them in the hall. Asked why the skipped our room. The said they would do it. But then They left for the day. No Toilet paper. No towels. For $500 a nite they should ... Well you know. Front desk was nice. Free breakfast and $50 credit. But an hour later still no toilet paper. Going to cvs. Will buy some.
The resort itself was beautiful the view and location was amazing the staff was friendly food was excellent. Downside was the drinks were expensive with small amount of alcohol and alot of ice and the beds were very uncomfortable. Would go back again but with a packed cooler.

I have been coming to this resort since it was a Hilton ! I got hurt at the outdoor pool this week when I slipped on water that collects by the ladders . It seems they have replaced the decking with a floor that is not meant for swimming pools . They have had other slip and falls before my accident and have done nothing about it . The security man Bill was very kind . I refused to go to hospital cause I didn't want to ruin my friends stay . I would have given 5 stars if the AC worked properly. Setting all rooms at 73 degrees even though the thermostat goes down to 65 is wrong. It is unhealthy and uncomfortable and the ONLY reason I won't return. When spending this much money, I expect to have a decent night sleep. My entire family was miserable every night. We even bought our own fan to try to get through the nights.
I have been waiting for two weeks for a refund of 300.00 dollars and have left two messages for the manager no call back and there were terms in the pool when we were there
