Took me about a hour to test drive 1 car. 3 cars has dead battery's. Test drove one with warning lights on. Didn't drive right at all, and was burning oil. Ran my credit after ward, was going to trade it my truck. Came back with my truck. Was in table to make a deal, the manger comes to the table throws the carfax, in the table very rude says explain this. Yea my truck got hit, but still clean tittle. Last week I bought my second Honda Civic and couldn't be happier with the service I've received at Ocean Honda of Ventura. My Helpful Honda Guy, Buzz Noe, sold me my last Civic and I had no second thoughts about shopping anywhere else for this car. Everyone at Ocean Honda has been super helpful and made my buying experience easy for me. From the excellent support I can always expect from Buzz to the extra effort given by the finance department to make that part quick and easy; they've all been just great! Excellent service experience with my 2014 Accord that was at 35,000 miles but just over the 3 years. My starter was unexpectantly going out. Worked with Rueben who guided the process with Customer Care. Replaced starter quickly and fairly. Problem solved!
