I called for recall work spoke to Mr Chavez in service. I explained I was on the road and time was a factor but he wasn't interested on my issue, when I asked if there was another Honda Dealer in Ventura he hung up on me!! If this what they hire to work for them I will never step foot in there Dealership for anything.
