they tried to sell me a new honda civic si for 31k before taxes, after saying NO and almost walking out the GM said he could do 29k because he wanted to keep business "local". 5k above MSRP! they also lied to me about the clutch in the si being different from the ex-t saying "everything in the si is upgraded" when it's the same part number if you look it up. i would never shop here.

Ocean Honda of Ventura has the WORST service I have experienced! Not only do they ignore you and avoid answering your questions, but someone there is also a THIEF! I got my car back today after an oil change and one of the necklaces around my rear view mirror is missing!!! I called and was put off by the manager and told to leave a voicemail! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! I feel so Violated! I trusted them and they violated that trust!

My husband and i really had an amazing experience in this place. People are very accommodating and kind. And thanks to Randy Gentille, our agent for helping us. They gave us a good deal and help us out with their very best to satisfy us. Really unfortunate experience with this dealership. I purchased a new vehicle there about a month ago. The vehicle is great, but the service I've received since I drove the car off the lot has been very poor. My salesman--who informed me he was consistently rated one of Honda's best, based upon customer satisfaction surveys--stop caring about customer service the minute I left his office after my purchase.
