Worst car dealer ever!! We had to go 3-4 times after everything got finalized. And then got call again saying they made a mistake on finance department side during paper work so we had to go back again. And after waited almost a month waiting to get number plate and first month payment information, they put the wrong address so we never received the packet. Horrible, they lease me a 2017 honda civic. After I put a thousand down and 200 in insurance and having the car for a week they decided to call and tell me to bring the car back because they didn't get me financed. Why the hell would you let someone drive off the lot in a brand new 24,000 dollar car without financing after they also spend 1200.00. They all have their heads up their ass and are idiots.
I just purchased my car last night and I loved the fact that Janeth Flores was so kind and made everything easy. The team they have at this dealership is great! Took my Honda Pilot for service. Employees were great. Not one but more than one of them ask me if I needed help. They quickly took care of the problem I had with my car. I was out of there in less than 20 min. Great cutomer service!
