We have leased and purchased a vehicle from this dealer. We have also used their service department countless times. They are 100% customer service oriented and are always willing to go the extra mile. After yet another difficult run with my Jeep, they went above and beyond for my family! Justin Arnold and Brian Miller and all of their staff have been extremely helpful!
I've called the past two weeks and left multiple messages for Jason in the service department about some work that was not completed correctly on my van. After no returned phone calls, I also left a message for a service department manager, Justin, this week. I have still not received a return phone call. I have been a customer at Tom O'Brien for many years and have seen the customer service severely decline recently. I had to pay to have another dealership correct the issue with my van.
Fantastic Store. The service department folks are very friendly. Larry Bronson was most helpful today. I will be bringing my P.T. Cruiser to him in a couple weeks for some service and repair. I am so glad he is back at your fine dealership.
I bought a brand new Chrysler 200 there about a year ago and the day after I drove it off the lot the transmission had to be replaced, then I have had some wiring go out to where my car wouldn't start. And when I went in there with these issues they just kept telling me that is what you have a Warrenty for that at least I didn't have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed. I told them I was gonna contact an attorney and they laughed at me. I would never buy another car there again.
I will never ever shop for a car here again Jessie mattick was very rude not even to my face but threw another salesman because he old me what was said. I will take my business else where

I had a very pleasant experience working with J.D. on getting my new Jeep. He seemed to be a genuinely honest, nice guy who didn't fit the high-pressure salesman stereotype. He actually stuck with me through the whole process in good communication and put forth the effort, working with me until we could come to a deal. Ask for J.D. !!
