I would never buy a car from a dealership that has top execs under 15 years old. I would however donate to the cause to never ever see one of your commercials with that annoying brat that's like 10 years old.. What are you driving at in these ads; your business is operated by children under 10?

TERRIBLE! Service department. I purchased wheel and tire protection. I drove in on a donut and another tire with a nail. They couldn't replace tires because it's a weekend! They have to file a claim to pay for tires first. I would have to pay and reimburse to fix and Jason didn't recommend that because they have a bad reimbursement history. I asked to leave the car and get a courtesy vehicle. No to that too!! They let me leave on a low donut and a nail in the other under bad weather conditions. I have purchased 8cars in 10 years both new and used. Im also a chrysler employee. Being a chrysler employee 80 miles north of this dealership they have always gone way above on every conceivable issuse. They have meet me to deliver a truck when i couldnt make it down there. Their service department has always came through. This dealership is the true meaning of a 5 star dealer. I will always return, and jeff casner will always be my family's sales pro!
