I want you to know how disappointed I am with how I was treated yesterday at your dealership. I came in with full intention to purchase a Pacifica. Your team appraised my Journey and came back with an out right offensive offer. When I told Tyler they were way off he spoke with the GM I assume and came back to me with an "nothing we can do attitude" and let me walk out with out even trying.
