Had a HORRIBLE experience with Tom O’Brien service and would never go back there again. They didn’t care that they mis-diagnosed our repair, made us pay $1700 to fix heat and then said “oops” your head gaskets needs to be fixed and it will cost you $3500. We would NOT have done the first repair if we knew something was wrong when the engine. They should have told us in advance if we fix your heat that may NOT necessarily be the problem. you should never let a costumer walk out the door, drove up to Champion Jeep on the North side and got the same Jeep for almost $900.00 off.
