Paul is always so helpful when I come in for service. Unfortunately, he wasn’t available for the last 2 issues we’ve had and the rest of the service staff is disrespectful with no desire to help. They refuse to work with warranty service but the sales team have no problem selling it to you! After picking our vehicle up, it showed the exact same problem. Very helpful but could not fix my problem with the rear side windows on 2018 Jeep Wrangler 2 door. Windows have a wrinkle on top rear I cannot figure out hot to install correctly. Got info from Jeep but can’t figure out how to install.
