Salesman was very disrespectful and they don’t keep there word had been approved for financing asked them if they could find out what was causing ding the check engine light the salesman stated that he would have checked in morning and call me so I could but down a deposit to hold till I could get back in down I called them at 10 and they said they had sold the truck then manger got very rude and when I asked to speak to salesman they said that today was his day off Then 5 days later they call wanting to see if I was still i... read more

Dealership had a 2015 diesel Grand Cherokee on their lot from Jan through July listed at $19,888. They dropped the price to $17,977. I drove it and told them that the air suspension wasn't operational. Spoke withe salesman on Saturday by phone, gave him my card # for a $100 deposit and filled out credit app online. Came to the dealership Mon night with my 04 Volvo XC90 to see if it had trade in value. Evidently it didn't.
