I LOVE TOM O’BRIAN AND ALL THE PEOPLE
I took my granddaughter’s 2014 Jeep in for service on 8/23/18. The engine light was on & it wouldn’t start. Paul took great care of me, he checked it out & said the battery was bad & needed replaced. He explained that the battery would cause the engine light to come on. He quickly replaced the battery & got me on my way. He was very professional & courteous! Thank you!
I am so sad that they use that child to advertise. He can't even say his own name. Is that supposed to make him ok later. He's going to be bullied and mocked. 😪
Best car buying experience I've ever had! From the initial Internet contact, the welcome I received at the door, my personable sales person, the business manager and even the dealership manager. Everyone was great and very friendly!

The staff was organized and efficient and I would highly recommend John Niehans for your sales rep. He really took the worry and heartburn out of buying my new vehicle.
