They are the best. Had an emergency issue with my new truck. East Gate refused to help me, and as always Tom Obrien's team went out of there way on a busy Saturday to fix my broken window in -1degree day. Loyal customer for life.
Always come here to buy vehicles and get service. They are honest and never pushy.
I have never had a more stressful and poor experience. The people their are very nice and courteous, but they DO NOT follow through and tell you what they want to hear and will do anything to benefit themselves. . They never call back on my concerns. It has take over a year to get an issue resolved and it is still not fixed. I would not recommend EVER buying a car from Tom Obrien. I am sad to say this, but I am doing this as a warning to anyone who is looking to buy
As a woman I was treated like I was stupid. I told the write up guy exactly what was wrong and what I wanted done. Diagnostic fees would be charged if I did not have the repairs done there. If items were done then diagnostic fee would go toward the repair amount. Told them to do the 2 items, that is all. Their "due Diligence " showed I needed "lotsa" things done. Didn't ask for due diligence" it asked for two things. Lied to, overcharged and treated like I do not know the difference between a hub cap and distributor cap.
My husband and I had an amazing experience with the Tom O'Brien staff!!! Our sales guy Tony Peoni and our finance guy Jessie Mattick were both very kind and patient. For the two days we looked they treated us as if our happiness was all that mattered. I will recommend Tom O'Brien to my friends and family and we will return in the future!! Many thanks for the great job!!!
I have aspen and it has been it there shop now for the 3rd time for a a/c issue and they can't seem to get our part in for it. I was told 3 August then 24 and now not until 9 of September. I feel like no one really cares that it's so hot in my car. Was advised I would get a call on either Tuesday or Wednesday but no call so I called hopefully they call me tomorrow and I have called the corporate office and they don't care either. Next time I buy a new car I'm going to purchase another brand. This will be my last time dealing... read more
