My favorite place to see in NOLA area. So beautiful, all I ever envisioned a plantation to be. The Juleps were superb!

The best thing about this plantation- is the gorgeous oak trees, and landscaping. Service is outstanding and friendly, and they do an excellent job on the basic education (past and current) on Sugarcane and farming. Aside from that- if you looking for a true scope of history, you will not find it here. Really disappointed that history is pushing the belief that the civil war was solely about slavery. And that all “white” people were educated and living a glorious life..
