I met with a doctor Kathy Huang who was really nice, decided to go with her for surgery. However, you cannot get a hold of anyone at the office. They said to email her assistant, who never emails back. Trying to confirm authorization of an MRI, can't get that person on the phone. I've emailed and called several times and no one gets back to me. This is a horrible way to treat a patient and a horrible way to run a medical office.
Love everyone at this clinic !!! They make you feel special. My son is patient of Dr. J Allen , he's the best.

I worked here for six years. After seeing some great doctors in action I wouldn't trust anyone else with medical care.
Doctors are great...supporting staff, NO, except for a few. Billing Department is a horror to deal with on a good day.
My sister was in Langone for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, we did lose her, but the treatment she received from the doctors, nurses and aids was beyond reproach! They were so kind and extrememly professional. They took the time, always to explain to us what was happening. Thank you all so much for the ove and kindnesses you showed to Dorothy Grom and her family through a very difficult time. Evelyn Grom

I was diagnosed with a Brain Tumor in 2007, treated and cured at NYU Langone Medical Centre, I would always be so eager to meet with my Neuro-Oncologist at Hassenfeld. The Staff alone at The Stephen D. Hassenfeld Children's Center; were amazing, to name a few...
