wish I could be as positive as others. been waiting 90 minutes for the Ortho Surgeon with my 87 year old mom. she fell and fractured her shoulder in 3 places. she's in pain and nobody gives a shit.

I went to se Dr. Nirmal Tejwani for a fractured humerus for which I had already received surgery in India(where I am from). All he did was take a look at my arm. Yet a few months later I received an EOB from my insurance company for over $10,485. I found out that I had been charged not for a visit but for surgery. I tried to dispute this with his office but they said they has no other code so they entered the code for surgery. They never sent me an invoice but now a debt collection agency is calling me claiming I owe them mo... read more
Dr Shupack probably saved my life.
I had surgery at this hospital 5 years ago and had to stay for four days. I can't begin to say enough great things about this hospital. The attention and care I received at NYU was beyond all my expectations. It was an extremely positive experience for me on every level. The doctors, nurses, and the entire staff were kind, attentive and compassionate!!! It is no wonder that NYU's reputation is one of the finest in the country. It truly is a first rate facility!!!!
My partner had open heart surgery in February 2013--each and every person we dealt with in two very scary weeks, was kind, patient, clear in communication and caring in spirit. The experience was so positive I asked where _I could get an NYU doctor.
