My grandmother went in for a heart catheterization at the cardiovascular institute on the 13th floor. Sarah, at the registration desk, and Annette,the waiting room attendant, were some of the most professional people I've met in a long time! The wait is worth it. Smiles, warm service, pillows for waiting guests, and a genuine desire to ensure worried family members were met with warm respectful courtesy.
