It is a disgrace that my mother who is a senior citizen with MS and Pneumonia has been laying in the ER hallway for almost 24 hours after being admitted. How can this be acceptable and okay. I am her only child, I live in PPhiladelphia and I relay on the medical community in NYC to take good care of her, that is her main reason for wanting to stay in NYC, but now it is evident that she has to mve to Philadelphia, we have way more hospitals that are capable of taking care of her needs. #nyulangonesucks
Amazing care from my nurses and nurse assistant. They made sure to keep my family informed while i was in surgery. They were so compassionate and attentive. Dr shah was so easy to talk to and made me feel so confident that I would be ok. He too made me feel so comfortable. I have had a speciAl bond with NYU for years. My daughter also previously had her cleft lip and pAlate surgery there as well. Amazing facility that treats the patient not just the illness. You are treated with respect and dignity.
Great Staff in all Departments, I came in suffering with Great Deal of pain. I received emergency � attention and care . I was admitted quickly followed by surgery the next day. I am now without pain and feel great. I am so Thankful

Nyu is the best hospital ever on June 5 2015 I got a kidney there the doctors there are so amazing..
My son was diagnosed with lymphoma with there help after being Sick for four months and treated at another hospital..... The same day they found the result they started treatment......the staff up on pediatrics is awesome.....everyone has been very supportive of my sons situation and for that im greatful......thanks
