Went to see the neurologist Dr. Burk at the 650 1st Ave location. He took his time to listen and examine me. He and his staff were very nice and helpful. It was a good satisfying experience. I like being apart of the NYU Langone team.

Avoid NYU Langone for any major surgeries whatsoever. The staff is well meaning, but insufficiently trained in how to respond to adverse reactions, and in my case it led to the death of my loved one. Further my complaint to patient relations resulted in a corporate denial letter concluding with sorry my patient experience did not live up to my expectations! OUTRAGEOUS.

****WARNING**** for anyone who is planning to go to the Center for Muscoloskeletal Care!!! I went to NYU Langone Center for Musculoskeletal Care to see someone about my back pain. I saw one Doctor (Dr. Bendo) who was wonderful and said I don't need surgery but I should go see Dr. Kim (pain management) within the same office. I saw Dr. Kim (again great Doctor - took a lot of time with me) who then referred me to get x-rays (mind you I was not in a life threatening situation ...Continue Reading
We arrived early for a post surgery follow up. All went smoothly. It was the drive down from the GW Bridge on the East River Drive that is just AWFUL every time we come down!
My daughter had her back surgery done here 2 years ago. I couldn't have asked for a better group of surgeons and nurses. They were all so amazing. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
