While the medical care is very professional and competent, the support staff in discourteous and uncaring. Took nearly a week to get the assistant to retrieve my insurance information which she insisted on before scheduling an appointment (after I had seen the same physician twice before), then was offered a visit three months later, even after I told her my request was due to an aggravated condition. I went to the eye Dr, He did an exam that took all of 1 min. I went for another exam elsewhere to find out I have a cataract and they upgraded my glasses, Never again will i go to them

I was there Yesterday for my cardiac cath and I'd like to say thank you for the best treatment I got. I'm a nurse too and can compare the treatment .
