I booked an express pedi for today 8th October. I forgot to take flip flops and was wearing boots.... not ideal. My mistake. The technician was late startimg my 45 minute appointment by between 10 and 15 minutes. I asked the technician if she could apply gel instead of normal polish because I hadn't taken appropriate footwear. I was told that there was not sufficient time to apply gel. That was fine. I had the Eyepack treatment today with Lily -- brow shape and tint + lash tint. It's excellent value for money and I'm so pleased with the results. Lily was really communicative throughout, and very nice! She offered advice on how to maintain the tint as long as possible and was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely book her again!
Becky has always done my hair wherever she is and the salon is lovely and spacious x
